Warranty Policy

At LAMAA, we care about the quality of our pieces and offer a 1-year warranty covering color changes only.

Please note that the warranty does not include any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling, including but not limited to:

  • Breaking or bending
  • Scratches or cuts
  • Any physical damage resulting from usage

Any damage caused by incorrect care or external factors will not be covered under warranty.

Exchange & Return Policy

We accept exchange or return requests within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Items showing any signs of wear, usage, or damage will not be accepted.

Processing Time

Once your request is approved, the exchange or return process will be completed within 2–5 business days.

Important Notes

LAMAA reserves the right to decline any exchange or return request that does not meet the mentioned conditions.

سياسة الضمان

في LAMAA نهتم بجودة منتجاتنا، ونوفر ضمان لمدة سنة واحدة يشمل تغير اللون فقط.

يرجى العلم أن الضمان لا يشمل أي أضرار ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الحوادث أو التعامل غير الصحيح، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

• الكسر أو الانحناء
• الخدوش أو القطع
• أي تلف مادي ناتج عن الاستخدام

أي ضرر ناتج عن العناية غير الصحيحة بالمنتج أو عوامل خارجية لن يكون مشمولًا ضمن الضمان.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نقبل طلبات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

لكي يكون الطلب مؤهلًا:

• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم ولم يتم ارتداؤه.
• يجب إعادة المنتج بحالته الأصلية وبنفس التغليف الذي تم استلامه به.
• لن يتم قبول أي منتج يظهر عليه علامات استخدام أو تلف أو تغيير في حالته الأصلية.

مدة تنفيذ الطلب

بعد الموافقة على طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتم إتمام العملية خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

ملاحظات مهمة

تحتفظ LAMAA بالحق في رفض أي طلب استبدال أو استرجاع لا يطابق الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.
